Jesus Cares Ministries at Grace presents a Bible story with singing, crafts, and snacks.  These lessons follow a format appropriate for people with a cognitive disability or dementia.  Also, young children would benefit from the lessons. 

Jesus Cares Ministries welcomes everyone from the Lakeshore community who has special needs.  Worship at the Cross services are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:00am at Bethany Lutheran Church. The Jesus Cares Bible studies will be held the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:00am at Grace. We are always looking for volunteers to help with this ministry.  If you would like more information, please contact Denise Haese at (920) 901-2242.  

If you have a special needs child, or are a caregiver for someone with special needs, this program is for you and your child.

 April PowerPoint Volunteers  


No Bible class during the week of Easter, April 20.
On April 27, 29, and 30 we will have a one week study about the "Road to Emmaus". 
On May 4, 6, and 7, we will begin the last section of our study of Paul's first letter to the Corinthians, Chapters 15-16.  These chapters give the most extensive description of what the resurrection of the dead will be like at Jesus' Second Coming.  Come and find out what the Bible teaches about the First Resurrection and about the final resurrection of all the dead.

Please join us.  If you have not been in Bible class for a while,  please come and learn how much God's Word applies to us today.   The format of the class will allow you to participate in the way you feel most comfortable.  You will never be called upon to read aloud, and never directly asked a question.  But you can join in the discussions as often or as seldom as you wish.

Bible study is offered each Sunday after the worship service, also Tuesday evenings at 6:30, and Wednesdays at 1:!5.  Sessions last about one hour.
